I am a student in the Sculpture class at Lincoln Lutheran. In this class, we create and build different objects and structures. Our teacher Mrs. Seitz, decided for us to make abstract faces out of the material we had. So for this project, we made face sculptures out of cardboard. They are supposed to be abstract pieces that we create with our unique abilities. I created this from poster cardboard and cut out all my pieces.

After I assembled all of them, I painted them in the colors that seemed fit. I feel as if the goal for this artwork was to do it for sculpture class. I believe that it is more of a crazy look and not your typical abstract face. I believe that it is different but seemed fitting for how I was supposed to portray the project. I did enjoy doing this because I enjoyed painting and that was one of the main parts of the artwork. I think that I used different colors and shapes than the usual abstract face. Overall believe that this went well and enjoyed the painting aspect.
